Exciting New Filly With Tim Vaughan
13th August 2018
Some very exciting news from #TeamPRO this morning in that we can now confirm we've taken on this fantastic daughter of Beat Hollow and she will stay in training with Wales based trainer Tim Vaughan.
We've recently acquired this fantastic 3yo filly who looks an exciting prospect for the coming NH season. She's impeccably bred by 'BEAT HOLLOW' who you may recognise as being the sire of Willie Mullins' Group 1/Grade 1 winner 'Wicklow Brave' a quite unbelievable dual purpose horse. However that being said it's more of a fillies page, as the dam, Tramp Stamp, is a daughter of the champion sire King’s Theatre and was herself a very smart racemare, winning and placing in Grade 3 company. It is a fillies’ pedigree, with the girls beating the boys all the way back to a Yorkshire Oaks winner in the fourth dam. She is a second foal being a half-sister to an exciting five year old filly by Jeremy, who realised €44,000 as a store (having been a €14,500 foal) and made a winning debut in a bumper on her sole racecourse start to date. It all looks very promising and she works nicely at home, we're very excited to have her running in PRO colours and the aim is for her to make her debut early season. She has great potential to do good things on a racecourse and we're also excited about the potential for her to become a broodmare, once her racing career comes to a close.
As you know we have had a fantastic 2018 already on the NH front with 3 horses running and the following results from 13 runs - 3 winners, 2 seconds and 2 thirds. Including 2 runners competing in grade 3/listed events, let's hope for the similar success going forward! She is the first horse we've had in training with Tim and his team, but we couldn't be happier to be working with such a friendly group of professionals.
